General Terms and Conditions

PART A of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applies to all deliveries of goods and materials including those which have been specifically developed or customized for the customer, and all works and services or other performances.

PART B applies in addition for all planning services, inspection services, analysis services, testing services, simulation services and all other services provided by DEHN Test Centre or DEHN Engineering Services for the Customer.

All performances from the DEHN Engineering Services and DEHN Test Centre areas are subject exclusively to these general terms and conditions.

The General Conditions of Purchase apply to all business relations with suppliers, subcontractors, service providers and contractors in connection with the purchase of products and / or services (in particular work or services).

Our delivery guidelines form the binding basis for the active integration of suppliers into the logistic processes and the targeted improvement of internal processes and flows of goods.
