Solutions for GSM-R and FMRC systems

The GSM-R (Global System for Mobile Communications - Railway) is a special mobile radio system that was developed and adapted for communication in rail transport. The FRMCS (Future Railway Mobile Communication System) creates the necessary connectivity for digital future technologies in railway operations.

To ensure good transmission ranges, the radio masts are usually in an exposed position. This means that the risk of a direct lightning strike is particularly high. With a carefully planned lightning and surge protection concept, you can increase the availability of essential communication systems and protect people in the vicinity of the systems.
